MKN electric fryer, weighted element, basket lift and EcoControl

The AISI 316 stainless steel pan is deep-drawn and seamlessly welded with a spacious overflow zone and a deep "cold" zone. All models have a safety thermostat and electrical temperature control to keep the oil temperature within safety parameters.
