If you are not present at the time the order is delivered, the package will be returned with the carrier and will be offered again at a later time. How and when the second delivery attempt takes place depends on the carrier.
If you missed the delivery by PostNL, a second delivery attempt will follow the next working day. The driver can then try to deliver the shipment to the neighbors. If this does not work, your order will be delivered to the nearest PostNL collection point, where you can pick up the shipment at a time that suits you. Your shipment will stay here for two weeks. The current status can be found on the Track & Trace page associated with your order.
If the package is delivered with an alternative transport service because it is too large for delivery with PostNL, a note will be left behind. Then contact our customer service to make a new delivery appointment. There may be costs associated with a second delivery attempt. Our customer service will inform you about this in advance.
TIP: Have the order delivered to an address where someone is present during the day by entering a different delivery address, for example at your neighbors.

Very easy to reach, respond quickly and high level of service! Both by phone and chat directly reachable. I was able to pick up my order the same day. When a part appeared to be missing from the box, an employee who lived nearby came to deliver it to the office himself. I have never experienced this anywhere else, recommended!
