The Optima 850 series

A robust series of professional kitchen appliances with an 850 mm depth for larger, institutional kitchens. A complete range with over 240 electric and gas appliances that can be flexibly combined into any conceivable configuration, fully tailored to the user's needs. Construction:

• Housing and top made entirely of chrome-nickel steel (material no. 1.4301) / AISI 304
• Visible surfaces with polished and satin finishes, grit 320
• Buckle-resistant, self-supporting, closed construction with side walls, back wall and bottom
• Cover plate at an angle of 45° as a drip edge at the front at the bottom, 50 mm edges on each side folded down 90° and 40 mm upstand 90° at the rear
• 30 mm cover plate overhang, connecting to the device housing
• With tightly welded drainage channels on the sides, 45° slanted design at the front - rounded at the back (R 30)
• Multi Safe Connect – Easy-to-install system for sealing and connecting adjacent appliances using Multi Safe Connect bars (optional accessories) with thermal protection and integrated moisture barrier, facilitating easy movement of cookware at worktop level
• Hygienic cupboard space H2 , closed on three sides – rounded corners and edges (R20)
• Prepared as standard for mounting height-adjustable device or flange feet (optional), 4 castors, 2 rollers (rear) and 2 feet (150 mm, front)
• In addition, the device can optionally be prepared for height-adjustable plinth feet or for mounting on an installation bridge.
• The unit is fully wired internally for connection to the customer's electrical supply - all contactors required for operation are installed
• Equipped for media supply through pre-lasered half-cutouts (rear wall bottom left/right, subfloor rear left/right) incl. membrane seal for media supply (depending on the amount of media), matching the size of the opening (cutout)
• IPX6 – Protection against powerful water jets

Effective area:

• Deep-drawn deep fryer made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, with a 20 mm safety edge to prevent foaming and boiling over of the oil
• Seamless and tightly welded into the cover plate
• Pressed fill marks (min./max.) in the tank to check the oil filling
• Deep cold zone beneath the heating elements to trap suspended particles, with precision-fit oil cleaning tray
• Bottom of the container with slanted outlet and welded drain tap positioned vertically downwards
