The Optima 700 series

A heavy-duty series of commercial kitchen appliances with a depth of 700 mm for the catering and hospitality industry. A complete range with over 160 electrical and gas appliances that can be flexibly combined into any conceivable configuration. The special, level-matching coupling strips and drainage channels on both sides of the appliances meet stringent ergonomic and hygiene requirements. The heavy-duty quality and premium design make the Optima 700 series the centerpiece of any kitchen.

Construction:

• Housing and cover made entirely of chrome-nickel steel (material no. 1.4301) / AISI 304
• Visible surfaces with polished and satin finishes, grit 320
• Buckle-resistant, self-supporting, closed construction with side walls, back wall and bottom
• Cover plate, sloping at 45° as a drip edge at the front of the bottom, 50 mm edges on each side folded 90° and 40 mm raised edge 90° at the rear
• 30 mm lid overhang closed to the appliance
• With tightly welded drainage channels on the sides, 45° sloping design at the front - rounded at the rear (R 30)
• Multi Safe Connect - Easy to install system for sealing and connecting adjacent appliances using Multi Safe Connect brackets (optional accessories) with thermal protection
  and integrated moisture barrier, facilitates easy movement of cookware at countertop level
• Cupboard space in MKN hygienic standard , closed on three sides - rounded edge between back wall and base (R18)
• Prepared as standard for mounting height-adjustable device or flange feet (optional), 4 castors, 2 rollers (rear) and 2 feet (150 mm, front).
• In addition, the device can optionally be prepared for height-adjustable plinth feet or for mounting on an installation bridge.
• The unit is fully wired internally for connection to the customer supplied electricity supply with an appliance switch in the control panel – all contactors necessary for operation are installed.
• Equipped with media supply via pre-lasered half-cutouts (rear wall bottom left/right, subfloor rear left/right) incl. membrane seal for media supply (depending on the amount of media), matching the size of the opening (cutout).

Effective area:

• Multi-zone hob made of heat-resistant steel (up to 18 mm thick)
• With labyrinth seal and all-round drainage channel at the same height as the cover plate
• Divided into cooking zones of equal size – rounded corners (R 59) for easier cleaning
• Separate thermostatically controlled cooking zones – for cooking, simmering and keeping warm
• Even heavy cookware can be easily moved across the entire surface
• Pans of different shapes and sizes are no longer a problem
  
  
• Integrated electric roasting and baking oven GN 1½ in the base cabinet
• Heating by means of chrome-nickel steel tubular heating elements from 50 – 300 °C
• Top heat through internal heating element, bottom heat through indirect heating. Infinitely variable temperature control by means of a thermostat (for bottom heat and top heat).
• With indicator light and selector switch (top heat only, bottom heat only, top heat and bottom heat combined)
• Oven with double-walled, stable oven door (loadable up to 100 kg) and torsion spring connection
• Oven door, smooth inside and out, with steam extraction
• Side handle, no contact with the heat rising from the oven cavity when opening the door
• The oven cavity has large, easy-to-clean internal radii (hygienic design)
• Two baking tray supports on the sides with 3 levels, with anti-tilt protection for GN 1½, removable for easier cleaning
