Housing and lid are made entirely of stainless steel (material no. 1.4301) / AISI 304. Visible surfaces with polished and satin finish, grit 320. Kink-resistant, self-supporting, enclosed construction with side walls, rear wall, and bottom. Lid curved downwards by 30 mm at the front and upwards by 20 mm at the rear. Designed with a drip edge at the front. Projection of 50 mm when closed against the appliance housing. Desk-shaped control panel for the highest ergonomic standards and very easy cleaning. Removable from the front for easy and cost-effective access for maintenance. Embossing behind the control knobs; ergonomically shaped knobs for easy position identification. Connection and sealing via a connection method. The clamp bracket is rounded at the back (R 20) for easier cleaning. Equipped for installation of a 580 mm high Counter SL base with removable device feet (150 mm high) that are height-adjustable. Fully electrically wired internally. Washbasin made entirely of extremely corrosion-resistant CNS (1.4404), seamlessly and grease-free welded into the cover plate. With large radii for easy cleaning. Washbasin equipped for fitting a 1/1 GN container, 200 mm deep. Bottom of basin with outlet leading to the lower section. Ball valve DN 20 mounted vertically downwards.

SUPRA surface heating system directly under the base, flush with the surface. Aluminium plate (15 mm) for even heat distribution with precisely fitting machined slots for the CNS / stainless steel tubular heating elements for optimal and rapid heat transfer. Tubular elements are individually screwed to simplify servicing.
