The Optima 700 series

A heavy-duty series of commercial kitchen equipment with a depth of 700 mm for the gastronomy and hotel industry. A complete range featuring more than 160 electric and gas appliances that can be flexibly combined in any conceivable configuration. The special level coupling strips and drainage channels on both sides of the equipment meet high ergonomic and hygiene requirements. The high quality and top design make the Optima 700 series the centerpiece of the kitchen.

Construction:

• Housing and cover manufactured entirely from chrome-nickel steel (material no. 1.4301) / AISI 304
• Visible surfaces with polished and satin finish, grit size 320
• Kink-resistant, self-supporting, closed construction with side walls, back wall, and bottom
• Cover plate sloping at a 45° angle, designed as a drip edge at the front of the base, 50 mm edges bent at a 90° angle on each side and a 40 mm raised edge at a 90° angle at the rear.
• 30 mm lid projection, closed against the device housing
• With tightly welded drain channels on the sides, angled design at a 45° angle at the front – rounded at the rear (R 30)
• Multi Safe Connect – Easy-to-install system for sealing and connecting adjacent appliances using Multi Safe Connect rods (optional accessories) with thermal protection and integrated moisture barrier, facilitates moving cookware at worktop level.
• Cabinet space according to MKN hygiene standard, closed on three sides – rounded edge between rear wall and base (R18)
• Standard prepared for installation of height-adjustable devices or flange feet (optional), 4 swivel casters, 2 rollers (rear) and 2 feet (150 mm, front)
• Additionally, the device can optionally be prepared for height-adjustable plinth feet or for mounting on a mounting bridge.
• The device is fully internally wired for connection to the power supply provided by the customer – all necessary contactors for operation are installed.
• Equipped with media supply via pre-drilled half-breakout openings (rear wall bottom left/right, subfloor rear left/right) incl. membrane seal for media supply (depending on the amount of media), matching the size of the opening (breakout opening).
• IPX5 – Protection against water jets

Effective area:

• Deep-drawn sink manufactured entirely from chrome-nickel steel (1.4301) (AISI 304) with large radii for easy cleaning.
• Seamlessly and grease-resistant welded into the cover plate.
• Sink suitable for installing a 200 mm deep GN 1/1 container.
• Bottom of the sink with drain to the lower section – drain valve DN 20 mounted vertically downwards.

Operating concept

• Control panel with profile to protect the controls
• The control panel can be detached from the front for simple and cost-effective access for maintenance.
• MKN black plastic rotary knobs , ergonomically shaped knobs for easy position recognition
• The relief on the control panel where the buttons are mounted prevents the ingress of liquids.
